Some 1,900 m a.s.l. and 12 metres above the grounds - this is Italy's longest Alpine coaster and South Tyrol's first year-round roller coaster. Where to find it? High above the town of Merano, at the heart of the skiing and hiking area Merano 2000. The Alpine Bob Merano 2000 actually features a length of 1.1 km and keeps its doors open in winter and summer alike.
As it starts right beside the summit station of the Merano 2000 Cable Car, it is easily accessible even without car. Starting in Merano, a bus takes you to the valley station of the Merano 2000 Cable Car and within four minutes you will stand in front of Italy's longest Alpine coaster. So what are you waiting for? Fasten your seat belts! A special service are the cameras along the track.
Safety: children from 0-3 years are not allowed to ride on the Alpine Bob, between 4 and 10 years and intellectually disabled people only with an adult (min. 16 years), kids over 10 years can ride alone.

The Alpin Bob Merano 2000 stays open in summer and winter, the Falzeben Cable Car operates daily from 9 am to 5 pm.
Summer season start 2024 on the 1st of May, winter season start 2024/25 on November 29.
