Garden Nights in Trauttmansdorff Castle

Again the popular garden nights will offer great world music concerts in a scenic venue.

The Garden Nights have become one of the most important events of the summer event calendar in South Tyrol. Also this year, once again and for the 8th time, the Garden Nights will take place in the botanic gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle in Merano. This summer event is not only highly popular due to the high quality world music offered by top class musicians, but also due to the unique venue in which these concerts take place. In fact the Garden Nights are one of the most significant World Music Festivals all over North Italy.
Also in 2009 renowned music groups from all over the world will give a concert in this great surroundings. “Plants from all over the world” is also the motto of the botanic gardens, which also perfectly suits the music events. Please note that the botanic gardens close their gates at 6 pm on the days when the Garden Nights take place. Last entry: 3.45 pm.
