You’ re living only 5 minutes from the centre of town in a quiet and sunny position, away from stress and hecticness.
Our houses are the ideal starting point for all footpathes, the famous „Waalweg“, the cableway “Unterstell“, the Merano “Höhenweg”, all children’s playgrounds, shops and also the Naturno „Erlebnisbad“ they you can reach quickly and comfortable without car.
