Prince’s Castle Museum
Of princes, historical arms and life in late medieval times - the Prince’s Castle Museum is well worth a visit.
Built by archduke Sigismund of Austria right behind the local townhall, the small but mighty castle actually dates back to the 15th century. Worth seeing are the chapel with a fascinating 16th century fresco, the historical arms as well as a collection of historical instruments.
Those interested in medieval history and culture have come to the right place.
