Blossom Festival in Lana

Every year in April Merano and surroundings is already in full blossom thanks to the mild climate prevailing in this area as well as the numerous sunshine hours. And in order to celebrate spring and the blossom, Lana organises the “Blossom Festival”, which is a series of events focusing on spring and blossom. The festival includes gala dinners with meals based on herbs, guided tours across the apple orchards and visits to traditional wine farms.

However, one of the highlights of the blossom festival is the “Farmers’ gourmet mile” (Bäuerliche Genussmeile) in the pedestrian zone of Lana. This event flags the end of the festival and at numerous market booths delicious products are offered. A spring event you should not miss!
